The complementary feed line ECONBEEF FINISH QUALITY aims to achieve a differentiated and high-quality beef based on 5 routes of action:
Lighter color (whiter meats).
Increase the level of marbling (more infiltrated meats).
Differential flavour and aroma (meat with a special vessel).
Color stability (meat that keeps the visual characteristics of fresh meat for longer, on the counter or in trays).
Tender meat (increased tenderness).
The ECONBEEF FINISH QUALITY line is incorporated between 20 and 40 kg per ton of feed (2 and 4%).
